Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the garment.

Custom garments are eligible for alterations and remakes if there are fit issues due to incorrect measurements, for free, if you are situated in Luxembourg. Outside of Luxembourg, shipping costs must be borne by yourselves in case of incorrect measurements. Please get in touch with us at info@suitify.eu and we will strive for the path of least hassle!

Return & Exchange Process:

Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@suitify.eu with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Garment:

Once you receive your RMA number, carefully package the garment in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels. Ensure the garment is securely packed to prevent any damage during shipping.

Ship Your Return:

Send the package to the address provided by us. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. Suitify is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Inspection and Processing:

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the garment to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your return or exchange.

Alterations and Remakes:

If your custom garment requires alterations or a remake due to fit issues, please follow these steps:

We may request photos of you wearing the garment to better understand the adjustments needed.

We will provide you with instructions on how to send the garment back for alterations or a remake. If you are situated in Luxembourg, we offer a complimentary alteration service.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
